How do I cancel membership?
If you choose to cancel, you can do so automatically from your members area. There’s no need to call or email. If you choose to cancel later in the future, you will never be charged again, but you’re responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.
Can I still purchase ARTA assessments separately?
Yes. You can purchase additional assessments separately, with or without an active membership program. Prices for assessments are $275 or less, depending on volume. New customers must first subscribe to the 14-day free trial in order to purchase additional assessments. Existing customers should log-in to purchase.
