The ARTA Method of Accent Reduction
ARTA’s training in Accent Reduction is a multidimensional method that demands a multidimensional treatment approach. At its core, accent reduction is a coordination of speech motor control. But the coordination of speech behavior is more than just the accent; it also involves years of unlocking the barriers and avoidances caused by having an accent.
The primary goals of the ARTA’s Method is:
COMMUNICATE GLOBALLY – ARTA has been helping organizations for the past 20 years improve their communications and facilitating the globally expanding workplace of international employees and their sponsored organizations by developing the communication competencies of their employees. Our mission is to assist organizations in helping their employees to meet and surpass the communication challenges that they encounter as they orally converse internally with staff, and other outward facing client relationships.
Supporting international client relations, managing communication challenges between clients or collaborating with cross-cultural teams are just some of the areas where organizations face communication challenges in a increasingly culturally diverse U.S. and world economy made up of international teams spanning nearly 200 countries and thousands of languages.
